If your health insurance is not listed below, we are not in network and do not bill out-of-network insurance. In these circumstances, we offer private pay rates as shown below.

* Please have your PCP fax a referral for requested therapy to 775-490-3001. This will expedite the process.
After scool hours (3pm-5pm) have a significant wait time, 6-12 month. Therapy can be an excused absence from school. The greater your availability, the shorter the wait time.
